How Curb Glow works
Curb Glow makes it easy to care for a street-parked car without changing your routine. No apps, no scheduling back-and-forth, and no need to be home.
1. Sign up & add your vehicle
Subscribe to the plan and tell us a few basics about your vehicle, such as the license plate, make, model, and color. This helps us identify your car quickly and service it correctly. Once your information is submitted, we’ll text you to get started.
Once you’re signed up, you’re all set. There are no contracts and you can cancel or pause anytime.
2. We schedule your service
Your vehicle is added to our service schedule based on your selected plan and location.
Most visits happen within 24 business hours, excluding weekends, major holidays, and severe weather days.
Because we operate curbside in the city, timing may adjust slightly due to access or conditions — and we’ll always keep you informed.
3. You get a reminder by text
Before each visit, we’ll send a reminder text so you know we’re coming.
You don’t need to be home — just make sure your vehicle is legally parked and accessible.
Need to skip a visit? Simply reply SKIP.

4. We service your vehicle curbside
We service your vehicle while it remains parked on the street. No appointments, no hand-offs, and no disruption to your day. Curb Glow is designed for upkeep, not full washes or detailing, so expectations are always clear.
5. You get confirmation when it’s done
Once service is complete, we’ll send a confirmation text.
If we’re unable to access your vehicle, we’ll notify you and resume service at your next scheduled visit.
