How Curb Glow works

  • Curb Glow is a curbside car-care subscription for street-parked vehicles. Each visit includes exterior window and glass cleaning and light debris removal such as leaves, bird droppings, pollen, dust, salt residue, and surface grime.

  • We service your vehicle while it’s legally parked on the street. You don’t need to be present. As long as the vehicle is accessible, we’ll take care of it curbside.

  • No. Curb Glow is not a full wash, interior cleaning, or detailing service. It’s designed for light, regular upkeep that helps street-parked vehicles stay cleaner between washes.

Scheduling & Timing

  • We’re in your neighborhood regularly, so your car is serviced as part of our ongoing route—no scheduling required.

  • You’ll receive a photo confirmation after each visit so you know your vehicle has been serviced.

  • We’re in your neighborhood regularly and rotate through vehicles to keep everything consistently clean. Most cars are serviced about every 1–2 weeks depending on conditions.

  • Yes—you’ll receive a photo confirmation after each visit.

  • Because we’re in your area regularly, your car won’t stay dirty for long. We adjust based on conditions to keep everything consistently maintained.

  • If we’re unable to access your vehicle, we’ll catch it on the next pass through your area.

Text messages & communication

  • We use text messages to communicate service reminders, updates, and confirmations. Texting helps keep things quick and simple — no apps to download and no phone calls required.

  • Yes. You can reply SKIP to skip an upcoming visit or contact us to pause your subscription at any time.

  • We typically respond during business hours, usually within a few hours.

Access & missed visits

  • No. As long as your vehicle is legally parked and accessible, you do not need to be present.

  • If the vehicle isn’t legally parked, is blocked, or otherwise inaccessible, that visit will be skipped and service will resume at the next scheduled visit.

Billing, plans & cancellation

  • No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

  • You can cancel anytime before your next scheduled visit by texting us or emailing hello@getcurbglow.com.

  • Yes. If you’re traveling or don’t need service for a period of time, you can pause and resume later.

  • Completed or in-progress visits are not refundable, as services are scheduled and operational costs are incurred in advance.

Service area

  • Curb Glow currently serves Boston neighborhoods, including the South End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Bay Village, Fort Point and Seaport with expansion planned over time.

  • Feel free to reach out. We’re expanding carefully and may be able to accommodate nearby locations.
